I was able to get a same day appointment. Troy explained everything fully I’m advance, was prompt, efficient and professional.

Rob was very professional and friendly. After talking to me about what was needed, he also took the time to visit with my pup and make him comfortable with his presence in the house which I thought was nice. The work was performed quickly and he cleaned up after himself. After having had a service based business myself for nearly 40 years I was very pleased with his work.

Hilltop and Henry provided outstanding service. We called late afternoon on a Friday; Henry came over quickly; figured out what needed to be done and fixed our problem. I highly recommend Hilltop.

Chelsea Bowman was amazingly helpful, competent and profession during the scheduling and follow up of our hot water tank flood. Brannigan and Dominic are talented professionals with in depth knowledge and expertise in all phases of professional plumbing. Their craftsmanship was beyond my expectations. I had problem with my boiler and they did a very good job fixing it right. The gentleman( I don't remember his name, Christian maybe?)who came was very friendly and perfessional. I felt I was treated very well and the cost was fair. I would definitely do business again with them and recommend them to family and friends

Hired Walt a year ago...now...you are going to read people's reviews that give him 1 star...and at first? I have to say I was probably in their same boat....initially when I called he sort of yelled into the phone and then hung up on me....but I called back!! He said he was on an assignment and would call back and again just disconnected the phone....ok....so I waited and about an hour later, when he got done with the job he called me from his truck....he is a one man shop doesn't have overhead and people answering his phones...so if you can handle a little gruffiness.....once he arrived....he was very personable. He's not a big talker--he wants to get to the job and get paid and get out. He saved us a LOT of money by talking us through some issues we were having and showing us some things to do then and to help rectify problems in the future....his rates were very reasonable and fair. He's older and busy and he probably really doesn't "need" the work....but you WANT HIM because he IS old and he knows his stuff (the plumbing business) and the ins and outs of what to do instead of just pulling something off and go getting a whole new thing...he knows how to repair and to locate where the issue actually is..... so, if you can put up with a little gruffiness on the phone? I highly recommend him. EXPECT that he will probably answer the phone/shout into it " I'm busy!" (because he's under a sink at my house) but his phone has your number in it....and he will call you back!! honest.

As always Gene Johnson Plumbing was friendly and speedy in meeting my needs. Plumber Adam was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure my bathroom was in working order before house guest arrive. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

After getting the run-a-round from another company I found "Best Plumbing" online and I have to say, they stay true to their name!!! Willie was on time and beyond FAST!! The problem was fixed in a few minutes and they informed me of what will need to be taken care of in the future. I look forward to doing business with them again soon!!

You guys are wonderful. On time, clean up is easy, They even haled away the sink. Services great Billing reasonable.
