Plumbing

Came out to our cottage near Perth Road Village when they said they would, fixed the problem, and provided advice for avoiding similar problems.

Exceptional Service!!! Jerry, the owner, was very hands on and helpful. You can tell he genuinely tries to make every customer happy. Great prices as well. Will definitely return to them for my plumbing issues.

I had a slow septic pump in the basement and it was sorted out in a hour on a Saturday with a bill that was very easy to take. Friendly guy that can diagnose a problem on the spot. I will definitely call him again in the future.

We tried others but "John" was far and away the most professional, cordial of all. The prices are reasonable, the clean up complete and the plumber was obviously excellent at his work and his job knowledge was vast. I'm sold.

They were expedite to solve the problem. Didn’t had to wait 3 days compare to my 2 previous phone call to other plumbers shop. Came within the same day of the call!

I phoned yesterday to report a problem with our hot water tank. A service rep showed up the same day and found out that we needed a new tank. The new tank was installed today. Bill, the service rep did the installation in an efficient and proper manner. He explained the function of the tank to me and left after he cleaned up the work place. I am amazed by the speed that Reliance reacted to my problem. Job well done!

Went in looking for a random piece that had broken off our handheld shower. We were prepared that we were going to have to replace the whole thing. Tina helped us to order the piece and the whole process was much easier than we anticipated.

Paul & his helper were amazing ! I would recommend P.M.G. Plumbing to anyone in a plumbing emergency. Friendly. Funny. Knowledgeable and professional. And very reasonable

Saved us in an emergency!

Fox Heating performed an "industry standard" priced WETT review of my existing wood stove installation. It failed, as likely will yours. My request to get a written report was ignored. It would have provided me the details I needed to address deficiencies myself, or to evaluate the fairness of its subsequent bid to provide a compliant installation. Such a report is supposed to be provided according to the sanctioning authority for these inspectors. I did not go further. Fox may be a great contractor, I'll never know. Try to find a WETT inspector who will give you a free quote for any work he might deem necessary to achieve a compliant installation. The non-compliance of your installation will be visible to an inspector at a glance. I have since obtained another quote based on the same photos and information I provided Fox without a site visit, or paying for another inspection.

The people who work there are great And the work is the best .

I can't believe the poor reviews - my experience was great. I needed new taps in the laundry room, and within 24 hrs of my call, Tim was at the door and did a quick, efficient and perfectly wonderful fix. We couldn't be happier and relieved!

Bought a number of plumbing fixtures here in fall 2016 including our much beloved shower kit and the kitchen sink of my dreams. They have competitive pricing (for example, best price we could find for our kitchen sink including online), good selection of high quality brands and products, and knowledgeable staff.
