Plumbing

Wow, not going back to these guys. Guy ran into a little problem installing our dishwasher. So, instead of taking careful measurements and figuring out a solution, we had to bring in a handyman to tell us what the plumber needed to do (prop the front of the counter up for a few seconds, while installing). Then they wanted to send two more guys to do the work that the first guy could have done with the help of my husband who was available that day. And they insisted they would charge us for all three guys time. Don't think so. We're going elsewhere, and they won't be getting any business or recommendations from us.

Great guy , and does fantastic work for a good price.

Showed up early, assessed the job quickly, completed the job in the time frame indicated and cleaned everything up. Professional, courteous and reasonable! It's nice to see a company that puts the customer first. I would highly recommend Railway City Plumbing.

Called Adam last minute and he came same day. Amazing craftsmanship, attention to detail, efficient service and reasonable prices. Nice guy who understands customer service.

My wife called these guys because we had a leak in the cupboard under our kitchen fawcet , they came in and turned the water on an said we needed a new one .. they were here not even two minutes and sent is an 80 dollar bill in the mail .. The problem was not fixed at all even with the replacement under the sink. When we called to ask about the bill they said there was a fourty something dollar truck fee added on. So basically if you want someone to come to your house, tell you what you already know then leave and not fix the problem and charge you for it these are the guys to call

I don't know what this other guy is talking about. The guys showed up at my house exactly around the time I was expecting them from the arrangement, they were quick efficient answered any questions I had and the end price was just about what I was expecting as a reasonable price. I would recommend these guys to anybody that needs to have plumbing service done.

20180116 I took a 20 year old laundry room faucet to them to get parts. They had the repair parts and fixed it immediately for me. I took it home and reinstalled it and now works like new for a lot less cost than a new faucet. This level of service is above and beyond reasonable expectations. Knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend them. Thank you Andrew

They were very friendly and gave me a great deal on the replacement parts I needed. And quick too! Thanks again!

I cannot recommend highly enough the excellence of service , the rapidity of response and superior knowledge and patience of Mr. Salmon and his team. Seniors who have concerns with, but little understanding of, plumbing and heating, as do I, call Salmon Plumbing first!

A young gentleman named Patrick did a great job on my bathroom issue in my London home. He was extremely professional, and worked very quickly. I highly recommend to anyone with any plumbing issues in the area. 5 stars.

Very helpful! Lots of product knowledge!

Great service. Plumber arrived exactly on time, was courteous, efficient and professional. He did the job to our complete satisfaction. First-rate and beyond expectations.

Best plumber ever.

They installed all plumbing for our brand new house and forgot to solder some joints as well as installed 2 cold water lines throughout our main floor instead of 1 cold and 1 hot. Just had reliance out as after multiple trips including the plumber redoing the lines, reliance told us the supply lines to the water heater/ house are done wrong and need to be redone. They also wrote the wrong model numbers for fixtures we picked then tried to charge extra to have the correct fixtures installed. Not to mention they are not accommodating at all for customers to come into their show room forcing me to take time off work and they still got everything wrong.

Our sewer backed up recently due to all the rain and our basement started to flood. They came right away late at night and stayed very late to fix the problem. They didn't leave us hanging even though I'm sure they were very tired. They fixed everything (except for the water damage of course) and they guys were so nice to us even though we were stressed and panicking.

I’ve dealt with Taps on several occasions. They always show up and perform the job in a professional and workmanlike manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

I recently had drainage tile cleaned and or replaced around my house, the work was done professionally and their prices were competitive. Thanks Dave
