We have always been very happy with our serice from geo-teck. After an unfortunate incident involving our toddler, a rock and our exhaust vent, I was thrilled with how fast they sent out a service man and at how professional he was. A++ for service!

Never showed up for the appointment I scheduled for maintenance on my gas stove. After waiting 5 hrs and realizing he wasn’t showing up I gave up. Update: my furnace just broke and it’s Durands brand they specialize in, so Ive called them in to hopefully make it up to me. The owner showed up in 5 min. apologized for past no show and had reasonable excuse. He definitely knew what he was doing, and was quick and courteous.

Great guys very helpful mostly plumbing not alot of H-VAC stuff have to go to other branch for Refrigeration material.

I needed an odd part. They didn't have it - but they sure tried!!

Just got home from Noble - holy cow. After driving all the way across town to Home Depot to pick up the in stock items I ordered online, only to find they didn't have the part I needed (and had paid for!), and then going to 2 other stores, I googled "plumbing supplies Guelph" and found Noble. I waited about 30 seconds while a woman at the counter was serving someone else, and then she called someone from the back to help me. The woman who helped me realized I was a total newbie, got me 2 parts (in case I guessed wrong about which one I actually needed), and didn't charge me. I might take up plumbing seriously just so I can go back!

Made an appointment for Saturday which they asked to move to Monday morning. Took time off of work. Confirmed the night before. They no showed. Provided no explanation or callback.

After trying to get other plumbers to come and help us out, we were lucky to get The Affordable Plumber to come in. He came in, assessed the situation and dealt with it immediately. (The other guy, did not even attempt to do anything, but charged us for coming in - what a rip off) I would recommend The Affordable Plumber anytime.

They were quick to respond to my leaking pipe issues and the plumber they sent over, Mark, was excellent! He went above and beyond.

Had trouble with double kitchen drain. Water was flowing down very slow and needed someone specialized to come in. Public Plumbing & Drains responded promptly and although this was a very small job dealt with us with highest standards. Very pleased! Thank you guys!
