BUYER BEWARE!! - I went in here for a $8-12 part and they quoted $50!!! This is a prime example of a company trying to take advantage of the uneducated customer. When confronted, they just said buy it elsewhere. I support local companies and suppliers, won't be coming back here.

It is my first time to use Jay Harb Plumbing. Mr Harb has exceeded all my expectations. He was on time and most of all his personal conduct while on the job are to be admired. He tested the pipes to make sure there are no more leaks. Empty cartons were removed and he cleaned up after him selves .... well done job, Mr Harb. I hired FDR plumbing to do some plumbing work in my house. I met the owner and he didn’t do personally the work. He sent two young men from his company. After the above plumbing, we didn’t have any hot water in the house because of his poor job. We have young children and I called him. He didn’t pick up the phone and didn’t show up to supervise the work. He is so irresponsible and inhuman. We stayed about 1 week with the whole family without hot water. We called another plumber and he fixed the issues. Everything happened because his inexperienced young workers without any plumbing skills didn’t install the faucet cartridge in the new bathroom and the hot water continues to mix with cold water.

Am very disgusted with this company and service. I called to make an appointment for someone to come and check out a plumbing issue and was never told of a service fee of $299 just for coming to my home. I told them on the phone I could only pay with credit card and they said they don’t take credit. They threatened to call the police on me for not paying and them doing nothing!

Same day service even though they were completed booked. Fixed my problem. Showed me the issue. Answered all my questions. Very professional. Will call them again for sure.
