I was very satisfied with the customer service threw these guys, they were not rude at all to me as I was not rude to them, they came and checked the issue , very polite very respectful no issues at all I would recommend these guys to my friends and family, they called me the night they were coming and explain why they would have to come tomorrow which was fine they came the next day like they said they would, someone else called me the next day, to see how everything was and I found that was very nice and amazing customer service on their part, never had anyone call the next day, was very happy with the visit and the call the next day! I have had people come to my house and fix things that were rude and very ignorant but these guys are very nice and polite,, i would have them come and do more work at my house again!!

Just very pleased with the work done. They could not have been more friendly, polite, and helpful while taking care of a nasty plumbing problem, and at a reasonable cost.

I cannot recommend Ron and his team highly enough. Shortly after moving into our house in St Catharines, our basement flooded and we had to reach out real estate agent for a plumbing recommendation. I called a couple of the suggested companies, but when I got Ron, even though I was calling out of the blue, it was like we were old customers.It was late Saturday and Ron couldn't make it out that evening, but could he come and have a look the next morning? When was the last time you had a tradesperson offer to come to your house on a Sunday? Ron arrived promptly, assessed the situation and guaranteed he'd have a crew in the next day, which he did. Later we had another flooding issue, and this time they were at our house within a half hour. They expertly cleaned the drain and had us back to normal in an hour from the time I called. These guys are efficient, caring and professional. Highly recommended. (Oh, yeah -- and very reasonable,too. Ron did not even bill us for his Sunday house call.)

We called 4 companies that advertise 24 hrs Roto Rooter was the only company that answered their phone. I called at 9pm by 10pm the plumber Aaron showed up with a smile and confidence that was attractive enough to make it comfortable for me and my family to just sit back and relax while he fixed our faucet to make the drip stop. Great work and affordable.

Hayden M. Thank you for your determination in ridding our pipes of a seemingly impossible clog. It took a few attempts and different strategies, but you did it! (No drywall was harmed in the removal of said clog.) Great job, and so polite and personable!

Horrible experience. These people bullied me over the phone and verbally told me that they "have no duty to communicate" with me. The plumber came by at 11 in the morning with absolutely no notice or phone call as to what time. I was told 9 am but he didn't arrive until 11. He said he would go to the boiler room for 15 minutes and never returned. When I called the office I politely asked why he never came back and the exact response I received is, your a tenant, we don't have to let you know. I gave them my number twice and I asked hem politely if the plumber can call next time they enter the building. She says she has no duty, put me on speaker with everyone in the background laughing at me. And preceded to be very unprofessional tell me that they don't care, contact management. Even though management was telling me to contact them. My experience was very unprofessional and hurtful. I will not be dealing with this company again.
