Mike was a life saver when a frozen pipe burst in our basement over the winter. He was quick to assess the problem, fix it and give some helpful suggestions for next year. I recommended him to my parents who called to have him fix some faucets and install a new dishwasher also. They were very pleased with his friendly and knowledgeable service!

Dishonest, slippery. Pads the bill, attempts to do work not requested and over charges what was quoted at estimate. Intimidates when you try to address over billing.

Who says to a potential customer when they call "Have you dealt with us before? oh sorry we are just to busy we are not taking on anymore customers....WHAT? If there was a way of rating this company with no stars I would have choose that selection. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS

Fast, Efficient and Affordable. We recently had Doug from Pitton out to our home as our main line out to the sewer appeared to be clogged, turned out to be roots. I don't think any plumber will give you an actual price over the phone because no two jobs are the same; Right off the hop Pitton was $80-100 cheaper than two other well known plumbing companies, even if they had to extend the call I still would have saved $20-40. The other companies were giving me a "starting price" so it would only go up from there, so I'm very glad a friend mentioned Pitton Plumbing to me. This will be my "go to" company for any future problems.

I had Scott come in and fix the hardware in my bathtub. He was professional, courteous and made sure I understood the costs before he began. I'll definitely use them again.

Excellent service by Eric Smith, out of the Stoney Creek Location. Prompt, courteous, saved me thousand of dollars on an after hours call while my basement was flooding. Would recommend Roto-Rooter and request Eric. I will be calling to have him back.

I thought I needed a new tap and came into the store last week expecting to spend well over $200. Roy showed me a $9 accessory that solved the problem. After two decades of going to the store, I am constantly amazed at how the brothers and the staff solve one problem after another.

Picture this...I was trying to fix a pop up plug problem (broken plug) when in a matter of seconds the problem expanded exponentially and I was covered in green slime with water gushing around me. I didn't realize how quickly a "small" plumbing problem can become a cascading disaster ! Before I called Dave May at Royal Flush, I kind of looked like the creature from the slime green lagoon ! Between globs of green slime I was able to google for help. That's where I found Dave's site. I SOS'd him and within 20 minutes he came to the rescue with plumbing parts and his kit of tools. He fixed my plumbing disaster in 30 minutes. OUTSTANDING JOB !!! And I am very grateful to DAVE MAY of ROYAL FLUSH...He's the MAN. Steve Newell
