Jimmy Mann has helped us out many times....replaced kitchen, helped with water heater and broken pipes. He arrives promptly and works efficiently. Always friendly and helpful

I quite liked them. I was very worried about calling anyone when I couldn't find many positive reviews for any one in the immediate area but I called Roto Rooter and I am glad that I did. The woman that answered the phone what very friendly and gave me a couple of prices when I explained the problem I was having. When I told her I wanted to have someone come out she promptly put me on hold found someone to send out and came back to give me a time frame,she wasn't too sure about exactly when the plumber would be by but she promised to call me when he was on his way and she did. Jack came out and checked a few things, informed me what he would have to do and the price for it before doing anything. He was very friendly and even gave me some advice about what to do to keep it from happening again. He was done in about 45 minutes and answer all of my questions in a friendly manner. I would definitely call them again without hesitation.

I have dealt with many plumbers in my 73 years on this earth. These people are the best. Very nice, professional, and prompt on service calls. Very reasonably priced. I would totally trust their services in my opinion.

I can't agree more with their rudeness...

Allcom completed a pretty complex commercial job for me and they were terrific. During the build there were a couple of issues that came up (just like they do on every job) and the Foreman from the company handled it well and communicated with me on everything. In addition, after the build was completed, I had an issue on a weekend night where there was a leak (not a warranty issue at all) caused by a pipe that a customer broke, I called their after hours number and a crew was there within an hour. Also, about five minutes after the crew showed up the owner of the company showed up to help. They fixed the problem and were great. This company is a great company, and are there when you need them. When I have another job, I will use them.

Love the customer service, I came in at a busy time to order a part for my faucets.It was great I got my order done. And then I came two weeks later to pick up the part. No problem super easy. This place is well stocked and clean. There is tons of parking and the counter guys really know their stuff.
