Sentry was recommended by our new propane service provider. The initial service experience started out great. We called and they got someone out promptly the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately the young man they sent for an estimate showed up and said he had no idea what the problem was. He informed us "the boss" would be out the following Monday. No one ever came or called. Realizing the holiday had the potential to be very busy for businesses, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I called them a week later on Friday after still not hearing from anyone. The person on the phone took all my information and promised to have "the boss" call. It is now another week later and no one has contacted us. Sentry may deliver great services to businesses or large dollar estimates. For private residences needing service there is a total lack of communication, follow through, and knowledge (by the person they sent for an estimate). "The boss" never did call or come by so I can't recommend him one way or another. I would recommend pursuing other plumbing options.

Professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. Great service that they stand behind. I had no idea that they've been around for over 80 years...It definitely shows in there work. I strongly recommend giving them a call when in need.

I am remodeling my home and contacted Mac Plumbing to install my faucets, move piping, and reroute a drain for my shower along with moving a gas line for my fireplace. Steve was terrific. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, and reasonably priced. The quality of his work is outstanding. He even wears booties to cover his shoes, which saves the hardwood and rugs. I will definitely contact Mac Plumbing for all of my future plumbing and air condition/heater needs.

I had a great experience with Pacific Rooter and Plumbing. I've tried out other plumbers in Sacramento for leaks before but they were the only ones who were able to fix it the first time, and their price was great! I'm calling them every time.

My Central A/C stopped working during the heat wave this week. A&B arrived in the morning, diagnosed the problem, drove to a local supplier to obtain the part, came back to the house a 2nd time to install the part and was able to fix the problem after the initial diagnosis. During this time I read a lot of negative reviews but was pleased with a very reasonable charge for the labor and part price which was under $300. Considering the two hours of labor, the price of the part and additional labor they put in to acquire the correct part, I don't see how any vendor could charge any less than they did.
