Customer service was awesome. Fence company dug through my sewer line, and would've never known without Forest and Phil's help. They did everything they could and went the extra mile, going so far as to offer up alternative solutions to the issue at hand.

It was simply great and fast service. When I called the office, you can tell she's been in the game for quite some time. She sent Joel out within the hour and he couldn't be nicer. I recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

Florence is a town of about 8,000 people, so it can't support the big box stores whose prices are cheaper on some things. This store fills a huge gap for hardware items and has much in the way of nuts, bolts that cost the same or less than in Eugene. Fred Meyer and Bi-mart offer household items such as fans, heaters and lumber items are available at two lumber yards in town and those items are generally less there. With the internet available to check pricing, check them all out and see who has the best value in the time frame you have. You will not have to wait 10 minutes in line like you will in Eugene to get served. They also recycle fluorescent lamps here by the way. Additional--I went there this morning looking for a propane torch, even though only a small selection was listed on the web site. I found the same one that was listed on Home Depot for about the same price. The True Value mail ad, however, had a 40% of coupon on a single item turning a $16 item into a $10 one, an offer not available at Home Depot.

I'm a third generation customer. They are very knowledgeable and won't over sell your needs. Usually lower prices with great costumer service.
