We love our new faucet. This is the second time we’ve called Ben Franklin to fix a failure in our home. I appreciate how efficient, clean and professional the guys that show up are. They even dress professionally. We’re having work done by multiple sources and this week I’m especially grateful for properly fitting pants. They have replaced our old leaking faucet and the corroded old DIY plumbing nonsense installed by previous homeowners. I really liked that they had quality options that where ready to install that day. When there’s a leak happening, I just want it fixed with something that will last. It’s a bonus the thing looks amazing too. Nothing can beat proper quality work and materials installed by a real specialist with all the tools, education and training. Ken also took time to explain and answer my questions about my home’s plumbing, give me rough estimates on future plumbing work and his coworker pulled my daughters toothbrush head out of the bathroom drain. We will be repeat customers. 👍👍👍👍

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They just want to rip you off!!! I made an appointment with this company for a video inspection of the sewer line. Mike Came out to the property the day of the inspection and he was very reluctant about doing the inspection. He questioned, why do i need the inspection? as he was sure I needed to replace the sewer line and that it would cost me anywhere from $4800 to $9000 depending on the depth. I know he was trying to make a sale and he did not want to make the video inspection, Plus he said he didn't have the right equipment to record the video. I insisted on the video because that was what i paid for "a video inspection of the sewer line". Called their office, someone said mike will come a second time to make the inspection. When he came a second time same story all over, he did not have the right equipment to make the video. He said he will stop by whenever he is in area in the future to run the camera in the sewer line. Today he flipped out on the phone saying that i'm taking advantage of him, aggressively yelling that He came back a second time at no charge, and he is willing to come back out a 3rd time again but he refuses to make the video because he said since he did not charge for the second visit therefore he was not going to burn a CD recording the the video. This people don't care about customer service they just want to take your money. Bottom line this company is not worth it. I did not get a video inspection for the sewer line or a written estimate for the repair which is what i pay for.
