Since we moved into the area a little over a year ago we have required a considerable amount of plumbing work. Jim has been honest, responsive, helpful, and fair for every issue. Overall I cannot recommend a better plumber.

Considering they hit their arrival window, installation was clean, installers were friendly and informative. That said things to remember when choosing a water should be A) Is the warranty transferable? The best built are. B) Does the warranty cover labor as well as parts? The best do. Look very close for the details here. C) Is the length of the warranty absolute? Example if the tank is replaced does the period begin again or does it end after the original date? D) Search the web and find what you want then shop for it. You will pay more for the better warranty's but in the long run it may be a better value. Its best to buy what you want not let someone sell you something. I would recommend these installers but should have stuck to my guns and got what I had planned to in the first place.
