Best plumber in the area, by far. We've used them on our own house and several rental properties, and they are always responsive, their prices are great, and the workmanship is flawless. If you need a plumber, they are the folks to call.

Bill and his assistant were awesome. They showed up on time, did not charge any emergency fees, made the plumbing repairs under our house and charge a reasonable fee. They were both friendly and curious. They showed up with a huge truck that carried everything they need for the job. When you call you actually get to talk to the plumbing and not an answering service.

KEN JOHNS, Well I attempted to schedule my own sprinkler inspection with our lovely Napa Fire Department. It didn't go well. Not because of anything to do with the work, but everything to do with our FIRE DEPARTMENT. So Ken Johns Plumbing and Fire needs to be there as the contractor (with the plans also.) So after not being able to find Ken Johns, feeling put off and numerous phone messages (some not great) I find out that he had the wrong number. And as usual, he's slammed with work, that should tell perspective clients something, but he will take time out to finish the inspections for us. Thank you again Ken. Sincerely, KCK a customer (hopefully with a final sign off) who is happy.

They are courteous, knowledgeable and very professional!! They know their stuff and go out of their way to find it no matter what it is. I had a problem for 5 yrs nobody could figure it out but they did !!!!!! Highly recommended !!! they are all great !!!!!!!! Thank you guys so much !!!!
