Very professional, curtious, on time, detailed, organized, put booties over his shoes while inside and dressed well. Took great care in my home finding the gas leak. Inspected all gas appliances & function. Efficiently repaired the leak (fixed the problem better than it was originally installed.) He said to call if there was any other concerns I had. I would highly recommended Mr. Genaro and his company Genmor Plumbing ☆☆☆☆☆

Mike sent Daniel to clean and check the furnace at my home yesterday. We were impressed! Daniel was thorough, courteous, and professional. He arrived early in the alloted time and stayed until almost 6 pm to complete the job. He gave us good advice regarding the care of the filters, etc and wrote up a very complete summary of the service on the invoice. Scheduling the visit was handled very well by Mike in spite of a few snags. Overall, I highly recommend them and will call them in future!
