Michael was very professional and pleasent to deal with. After a quick inspection of our situation, Michael clearly explained what was most likely causing the problem, and what he would be doing to alleviate the issue. I was served by “Charlie” who quickly figured out the parts that I needed, retrieved them, and promptly executed the sale. A pleasant transaction, in all respects. I was “driven” to seek out Streator because of a frustrating 30 minutes at Miners, GB trying unsuccessfully to get intelligent support. Streators will now be my preferred source.

Called Andree to help us with a clogged drain going through a compliance audit; within 15 min he was in our door step and in less than an hour, the problem was fixed correctly. On top of that, there was a leaking valve on one of the toilets and he fixed that too. Will keep calling him on plumbing needs from now on. Thank you Andree.
