I made an appointment, he said he would show up the same day in a few hours. He never showed up, or even replied to my calls, voicemails or texts, ever! Weird, rude, and very unprofessional. There are plenty of other rooter services you can call. Try someone else.

Called today, Friday at 3pm, and he came out an hour later. Don ran my drain line to the street and worked hard on a trouble spot until it cleared. Reasonable price, less than another quote I got.

Broken Tub Faucet It was a huge relief to me to find Rashid. I am a new (52 yr old female) apartment building owner and had problem with a broken tub faucet. The tenant told me it would sometimes not turn off and I was afraid of a flood. I had called a few plumbers but Rashid was recommended by a friend. I felt so lucky when he showed up. He is a genuine, professional, decent guy. He hunted down the right parts (- it is an old fixture), installed the new faucet (and shower head because the one that was there was partly blocked), in a timely and extremely proficient manner. He also gave me a detailed account of what to expect in best and worse case scenarios and educated me about the plumbing inside the wall. I hope Rashid will be available for all the plumbing that needs to be done in my new building. If he's available I will not be using any one else. I forgot to mention that his pricing was very fair and reasonable for the work he did.
