These people were great! They came right out to temporarily fix a broken tankless water heater and pipes that flooded the house. Came back to permanently replace the broken water heater and worked fast and effectively. They were always polite and respectful. Because I really enjoyed them, I have asked them to do some other plumbing work.

We had a leak that no other plumber or leak detection company could find. I chatted with Mark on the phone and explained all that I knew about the issue and horrific water bills and he was very polite, professional and clearly knowledgeable. His son, Dominic, came by the house the next day and was incredibly professional,and took the time to listen to all of our inputs as to what we thought might be evidence leading to the leak. He spoke to us in layman's terms so that anyone, including us, could understand. The problem was solved in record time. In short: if you have a need for leak detection or plumbing issues, call these guys and look no farther. Awesome job, Dominic! Thank you very much!

Great customer service. Really good product knowledge. Was not treated differently because I was a cash customer. I will definitely go back when have more plumbing needs!

We found Baswell through the "Bay Area Consumers Checkbook," where Baswell was listed as the NUMBER 1 best plumbing company in our county. Jason's first visit was so informative, including that he let us know that most of the parts we needed (valves/disc for sink faucets, kitchen soap dispenser etc) were still under warranty from the manufacturers. (This after the first bid I got from another plumbing company told us that all new parts would need to be ordered, sending the quote for some fairly small jobs at over $1600!!!). After receiving the parts under warranty, Jason returned and did a great job taking care of everything. He is a real nice, knowledgeable man, informs the consumer of every detail before he gets to work, answers all questions, and works very efficiently. Everything works great now, and we were so pleased that our bill (all labor b/c we had the parts) was only a little over several hundred dollars, including the first visit. There are so many plumbing companies out there charging excessive prices for both parts and labor. We were very happy to find Baswell (and Jason!) will continue to call Baswell for any future issues. Great fast service, knowledgeable guys

The controls on our hot water heater burned out. I called Simeone Plumbing and decided to get a new hot water heater....a more reliable piece of equipment. Zack got the new hot water heater delivered and he installed it all in the same day. I've never experienced same day plumbing service like this before. The installation of the new heater was rather complex because we live in a manufactured house and the building codes are complicated. Zack came through with flying colors. He's very professional and comes through to meet the needs of the customer. I highly recommend Simeone Plumbing.

When something goes wrong with plumbing, Stanley is my go to person to call. He helped us few times in the last few years, with a positive attitude and professionalism. Yesterday was one of these days; Thank you Stanley!!

Disc0unt Plumbing & Rooter Company were very professional and competent. They were on time and their cost was within their estimate. Definitely will call next time we need a plumber!
