He really went above and beyond when we had an emergency flood in the townhome. He was reliable, efficient, on time, and kept us up to date on the progress. We trusted him completely. We can’t thank him enough for helping us during this challenging time!

Only because I can't give a zero!! How can you offer 24-hour service and then say "we're booked on a commercial project for the next 2 weeks"!! I guess snaking the line doesn't bring enough $$ for them to want to build a relationship with a customer. Didn't offer any recommendations or suggestions! Won't be calling them back EVER!

My family was evacuated from the Potter Valley Fire we got home late Saturday night didn't get to sleep until 1 almost 2 am only to be woken up by one of your trucks sucking out a port a potty at 7am on a Sunday morning the loud ass truck woke up my 4 year old my 2 month old new born baby pretty much everyone in the house at 7AM ON A SUNDAY MORNING AFTER BEING EVALUATED FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT......O AND I CALLED TO ASK THEM WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS AT 7AM ON A SUNDAY MORNING AND THE LADY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE......... THANKS SILVA SEPTIC I'LL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE'S AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE JERKS..........😣😣😬😬

They dug up my driveway by hand because I have underground utilities and they replaced the water line in short order . They rock!
