I left a negative comment other day without knowing why we had not got a call back... I want to apologize for that comment... Barbara was out with the flu and she is the Only one in office.. I spoke with her and received what we needed immediately. Once again I apologize for jumping to a negative conclusion... Customer service is best it can be with only 1 person in office.

I spoke to Quick Plumbing Sewer & Drain guys around 12 pm, explained my problem of a leaking hot water tank. A plumber arrived at 1 pm, replaced my hot water tank. He showed me how to operate the pilot and all safety measures on the heater. I found them very neat, fast, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I needed some quick help as I lost the water pressure in one of my rentals. I called the 2 main companies for leaks in the area and Stark Leak Detection had called me back super quick. He moved his schedule around to fit my needs and made it work to where he could get out to my home almost immediately! That's service. The other co. took a day to call me back and when you have somewhat of an emergency, sometimes you cannot wait that long! Love the professionalism. Stark explained in detail what was going on and that is who I would recommend for your leaks!

All Out Plumbers Installed a High Efficiency toilet through the Sonoma-Mendocino Drought Relief Program. I scheduled the install with ease. I was called prior to installation to let me know they were on way' The plumbers arrived on time, were very professional, and did a great installation. A SPECIAL PLUS, they put booties on there shoes to protect floors. Excellent Customer Service.

My dad works for this business and my aunt is dating the owner of Grier Argall Plumbing!! I would recommend this plumbing business any day!!

Yesterday, our kitchen sink decided to regurgitate, so a plumber we set out to find. I found Discount plumbing from Yelp, and called this morning. They were courteous, fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Now my sink is feeling better and all is going down smoothly. All before 12:00 noon. Happy I found them. :)

My experience with MC plumbing was horrible. They didn't perform the job as they were supposed to. They came in first day for 10 minutes and they charged me a full hour and left a big mess. They are also very rude. I will never use them again

We woke up at 7am to hear water running through our ceiling and realized we had a large pool of standing water on our roof. We spent an hour manually bailing it out, and then we finally gave up and looked on Yelp for options. We called Urgent Rooter, and the call was answered by a nice woman who took our information and had Mr. Lee call us within 15 minutes. He was at our house within an hour, and he's leaving now at 11:15am. SO nice and so happy to help us. Super friendly and resourceful- it took 3 attempts for the drain to be cleared, but he did not give up!!! I would highly recommend him again and am grateful to have found this small business!!!!
