Andy at Flow Tec is great. As a property manager, I have to call plumbers frequently and I always call Flow Tec first. They show up when they say they will, do a good job, are friendly, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

I used to work for Wilson's awhile back. While the tech's are very knowledgeable and professional, they definitely overcharge on their prices. And when I was given my "Official Pricing Handbook", I had to laugh. The reason being is because in all my years of being a plumber, I had never seen the like.....

Jeff Middlebrook is efficient with his time and your money. I've relied on Mr. Middlebrook for several years to solve plumbing problems at my home and at the apartments I own. He does excellent work and does it fast. An example: Mr. Middlebrook was out of town one weekend when the tankless water heater in my guest house wouldn't light. This water heater has a spark generator that is activated by water flow and so doesn't need electricity. I called Franklin Plumbing service and their man told me I'd have to either buy a new unit or purchase all new parts due to his belief that the unit was simply clogged with scale. He estimated a cost of nearly $2000.00 for parts and another bit of cash for labor. I then called Mr. Middlebrook and when he returned to town he came over, opened the unit, removed the capillary tube that feeds gas to what I'll call the pilot light, blew through it, put it back in place, turned on the water and the heater ignited properly. That was two years ago and the heater has worked fine ever since. As long as Mr. Middlebrook is on the job he's the guy I'll be calling when I have plumbing problems.

Highly recommended. Not only were Jeremiah and James both professional and personable, they were knowledgeable and directed positive energy to fix our plumbing issues. They went over and above to clear our drain via the clean out, also discovering a second access point (previously undiscovered) which they cleared the stoppage. Jeremiah also crawled under our house in order to explore the orgin of our continuing issues. They were exceptionally helpful in sharing their expertise, professional opinion, and explaining problems/solutions to our unique plumbing situation. Fees were fair, as quoted, and not as painful as most other plumbing companies. Unquestionably, our plumber loyalty is to Straight Flush.
