We live in Ukiah and have a rental property in Ft. Bragg that needed the hot water heater replaced. I called on a weekend and left my message. Allen returned my call at 7:30 Monday morning and was on the job immediately. He took the old heater out (even though the water wouldn't drain making it extremely heavy) and hauled it away for just $10. When he went to Mendo Mill to pick up the new heater we had paid for over the phone, he saw that it was the wrong size and immediately exchanged it for the correct one. He also saw that the drip pan needed to be replaced and that it needed an earthquake strap. He took care of everything in just a couple of hours. He is very professional and easy to work with. He will be our plumber in Ft. Bragg from now on!

Good family business well known in Terrace and well respected. One of the owners Dean is great, really cares, goes out of your way to make sure your happy. Other businesses in town could learn a lot from this well run established business.

Professional and fast. I had issues with my gas furnace, I called in and a technician showed up the same day. He identified what would be required and completed the work quickly. Reasonably priced, fast work and punctual can't ask for much more then that.

They were great, highly recommended.
