Quick response, courteous and knowledgeable techs, job well done! When my basement flooded, I called a plumber I used previously since it was the weekend, but got vm. My neighbor suggested calling Roto-Rooter and so glad I did! The dispatcher answered immediately and was very friendly. She said someone should arrive in 2 hours. I was thrilled when he arrived in 30 minutes! He replaced the sump pump quickly, explained what had broken, stayed until he ensured the water drained properly, and explained how a backup pump works. A huge thank you to Tomm P.! A water restoration tech came while water was draining. He thoroughly explained what the cleaning and restoration entailed. He even went thru my home owner's insurance quickly so I knew exactly what would be covered. Thank you so much, Chris T.! Greatly appreciated the help of these two awesome techs!

My house sewer line backed up in a big rain storm causing massive flooding in my basement. Brandon came out that night to set up pumps and diagnosed the problem. The next day they were back to my house and replaced the whole line. It was a big job cause the line was 15ft deep but they finished in 1 day and I haven't had a flooding problem since. I highly recommend these guys for any of your plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with G&K Sewer. Dennis was very prompt with meeting me onsite to quote my project and was very helpful answering all of my questions. His crew showed up when they said they would and went above and beyond to make sure the pitch of the drain pipe was properly directed toward the bubbler system in front of my property (which he also installed). He and I both met with the building inspector onsite while the job was in progress, and the inspector even mentioned that I had chosen a great plumbing contractor. The exterior drainage system he installed works amazing and I am very happy with the results. I own other rental property and will be calling G&K again in the future to help out again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

WNY Plumbing was a breath of fresh air! I called on a Monday morning about a cracked pipe in my basement, that was not currently leaking but they still had Brad out to my house within a couple of hours. He called on his way, was professional and took the extra time to educate us new home owners to avoid issues in the future. Issue was fixed promptly and we never knew he was here.
