I wanted to send you a note in regards to the furnace install that Jim and Matt did at my place yesterday. These gentlemen did a great job. Both were courteous and professional, and represented Applewood well. For me the sign of professionalism and quality work, is how the tradesman keeps their area clean and organized, as the work is progressing. This is something that both of the guys did through out the install. Jim took the time to review the operation of the unit with me, and to explain what he was testing as part of the commissioning process. Overall this has been a very positive experience. I do appreciate that your group was able to expedite this work. Jim organizing for someone to make the initial call out, Glen coming out to check the original unit on short notice, yourself for putting together the estimates in short order and answering my questions, and for Jim and Matt for the re & re of the furnace itself. Thank you all for your efforts. I will have no problems recommending Applewood!

I never used this service and I never will once I saw the disregard one of the drivers had for a playground school zone WHILE children were on the sidewalk walking with their teacher. I was following the driver on the Gorge. We had just driven through a construction zone when he sped up just as we entered the playground zone. He was far exceeding the limit. I caught up to him at the stop light to turn right onto Admirals. He continued to speed once the light changed right through the remainder of the playground zone. This has cost you a future customer.

When my bathroom and laundry room flooded, I contacted a couple other big name companies and they wanted me to wait a day or two.....when I contacted Kieran, he instantly returned my call and they were at my place within 3 hours. They were curtious, efficient, and explained everything that was going on to me in layman's terms. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service. They are my go to guys now for sure.....

Zack at the parts counter hooked me up with a new cartridge and the specific tool to fix my sink for free. quality service. CHEERS!

Was very happy with Larter & Company's service. Rich quickly identified the problem with my furnace and fixed it promptly. Plan on using him again for water tank upgrades and other plumbing needs.

It was very interesting dealing with Jean mechanical regarding pro-rated warranty on a boiler issue. 1) Jean Mechanical marks-up 30% on a warranty part, labour cost is on top. 2) Service call was charged within 2weeks after installation. So, they dont warranty their work. 3) Jean Mechanical did not solve the problem and blamed it on electrical trade.

Fast, courteous and professional! I would use them again and highly recommend them.

very professional, hot water tank replacement, and plumbing services

Jason was very polite and helpful. I love that he didn't pull the wool over my eyes and charge me a fortune. He worked hard and got the job done fast. I appreciate him being able to help me out in a pinch. Thanks Steelhead!
