Hugh's has done numerous jobs for me. A new air conditioner, rental water heater and a couple furnace repairs. I have also had experience with the after hours emergency service. I cannot say enough good things about this company! They are knowledable and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the St. Thomas/London area. You will not be disappointed! Phenomenal service!

My plumber recommended this supply house, I have an antique pedestal sink and needed to purchase new faucet which being an odd size and style they recommended Trumbull Industries. I went to look at them after I had found an image of the type of faucet I wanted. The salesperson was not interested in talking at first since I was looking at just a faucet. Then when I showed her the picture and the sink picture and saw it was from a brand they carried she ignored me and asked why I would want to keep an old sink and tried selling me a new sink. I did not want a new sink. I wanted to keep my old sink and just replace. The women was so rude about it. But, she did finally look it up and gave me a price to order. It was very expensive. So I shopped around at another supply house I showed them the picture and never mentioned the other and you know what they were super nice and looked it up to order and almost 200 dollars less. I was the customer and I would never have thought to be treated like this.

Fast and professional

The best customer service I have ever experienced! My wife and I were having trouble with our hot water tank so we called W.H. Motsch & Sons plumbing. Best married decision we've ever made! They were out within the hour, and after a friendly conversation with Mike, we ended up having them install a brand new hot water tank. We thought New Year, new hot water tank! Not only do we have scalding hot water now, they went above and beyond the call of duty. Our bottom step was broken off due to wear and tear and they even fixed that too! In the frigid temps we thanked them with some homemade French Onion soup, and they were delighted. If only more deals could go this smoothly the world would be a better place! My experience is - NOTHING !! I never got a response from my call (answering machine) needing help. I wouldn't recommend this place.
