Private Schools

In my opinion Corner stone academy high school is in a very good location. I think the teachers are great. I really love this school. The small class rooms allow the teacher and student to gain a personal relationship and help you to learn. At this school there is so many hands on learning experiences from the field trips, to assembling fake human skeletons piece by piece, to painting in art class, this school is a fun learning experience. I think Any religion or any race would love to go to this school. I also think they would have a much better learning experience at this school then any other school in the city. I feel strongly about this because of the size of class rooms and caring nature of the staff. The staff at corner stone is very experienced and they treat you as equals. I attended 4 different high schools and I struggled through the day, I could never seem to get along with any of the younger teachers they were just out of place, immature, and just people who shouldn't be able to teach. I got bad grades and I almost dropped out. I know that cornerstone turned that around they made me the man I am today. I am currently working as a union carpenter and I would like to see more kids attend this great school. Thank you Cornerstone.

Amazing preschool with small class sizes and daily outdoor activity, even in the winter! We throroughly enjoyed our 2 years of preschool at Goddard. All of the teachers and staff are so kind, patient and make the effort to really know everyone. My shy, quiet son really thrived in the smaller classroom. He learned so much in his 2 years there, we wish he could stay for Kindergarten!!

St. Mary of the Angels is sooo beautiful and huge on the inside. Its marvelous and appreciate that they have a late evening mass on Sundays. Thank you

Skirts are not long enough, too much ankle. Nuns are nice and strict though.

they've made a tremendous difference in my son's speech and other things. I noticed a huge difference within 2-3 weeks. I am very pleased with this school.

Great community and caring teachers.

I entered this place feeling broken beyond repair 6 years ago. I could write 100 pages about what Jesus did for me through this place. I will leave it at this: it laid a foundation that will never be shaken from my life. I look back with overwhelming gratitude for the good times and the bad, but the consistency and unconditional love this place instilled in me was what I needed.

The owner and director only care about money. They treat their staff poorly. If you want quality education do not take your child here!

My grandchildren are students at this school as well as one that has aged out . I love the way the staff is always so caring with the children as well as keeping us all informed with student needs , upcoming fun events , special days , etc... GREAT SCHOOL! GREAT STAFF !
