Real Estate Agent

Nice interior

Han lee is a liar. He is dishonest and always trying to trick his customer.

It has been an absolute pleasure having Ben as my realtor. As a first time home-buyer there was much for me to learn; Ben's experience and knowledge was invaluable, and he delivered all answers with patience and precision. His calm demeanor and professionalism ensured that I put my best foot forward and ultimately ascertain my goal of home ownership. The process was surprisingly smooth, and I appreciated how taken-care of I felt with his thoroughness. Jumping forward, I can safely say I have made the right choice for me, in terms of the area and space; a big part of this is due to Ben's process.

An absolutely phenomenal experience! Antonio sold my townhouse in 2 weeks! He used unique marketing strategies such as magazine worthy photographs from his professional photographing team and state-of-the-art video tours, which even incorporated the use of a drone to get amazing angles and shots that you couldn't get from a standalone video camera. I couldn't believe it when my townhouse sold to a person from another Province - he made the trip to see my place in person after seeing the video tour and photographs. Antonio impressed me with his marketing reach and strategies. In addition to the media he used, there were also ads on google and facebook to promote the sale of my home - he really went the extra mile to get my place the exposure that other realtors were unable or unwilling to do. But beyond all of that, he was very down to earth and personable. He worked tirelessly to communicate with me and sell my home. He was not pushy and really took the time to listen to what I wanted and worked with me in order to help me achieve my goals. His work ethic was apparent when I sent him a text question at midnight and received a response back within minutes when I didn't expect to hear back from him until sometime the next day - even then he was working to sell my place. I do not leave reviews very often, or ever, but this was something I had to do. I have not had good experiences with realtors in the past and I was blown away with how amazing my experience was this time around. He made the entire process stress-free for me and really went the extra mile to ensure my house sold as quick as possible. Highly recommend.

Always professional and friendly. Karim and Haneef are very knowledgeble in all markets and they will take the time to understand your needs and goals in order to help you build your real estate portfolio in a profitable way.

Leo Wilk is a fantastic realtor. He recently helped us get the best price selling a condo and find the perfect home. His knowledge and experience were so valuable to us. Leo is a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone in the Metro Vancouver real estate market!

yet another so called "Professional" realtor who posts fake ads in the real estate category on Craigslist...how can this person be trusted if they won't abide by the posting rules on Craigslist...keep far away from him

Patricia is an excellent REALTOR. She is hardworking, intelligent, and also a lawyer! She has helped my friends and family both buying and selling homes and I can speak to her hard work and ethics.

Ron and Leo made the nerve racking process of home buying go smoothly. Their caring and easy going manner was helpful. They were diligent in responding to our questions and needs. With their help we were able to accomplish our goals. Thank you so much :)

Greg Axford went above and beyond when we purchased our first home and I would highly recommend working with him and the Axford team. He was a wonderful and calm presence in an otherwise stressful situation. The market was hot and places were getting multiple offers yet he managed to keep us out of a bidding war and secure our first choice home. One of the many benefits of working with the Axfords is their extensive local knowledge with multiple generations working together in a collaborative family business. They knew which stratas to stay away from and which ones were well cared for.

We hierde Judy for the sale of our old property in summer. My husband is a detail oriented person, and he asked so many questions and requested lots of information from her. There was not one question that Judy didn’t answer! The information she provided were more than enough, even for my husband! We found the best buyer for our property, then we decided to buy our new house with her, which was another great experience in our house hunting. I can’t say enough of her professionalism and patience in our real state buy and sell experience! Thank you Judy for all your help! Mariam & Payman

Absolute worst service and terrible communication, I would never recommend them to anybody. Very surprised that they are still in business! Completely unprofessional and only want to cater to the Asians therefore leaving all others high and dry! In particular the office of Jessica Fan treats there possible clients extremely rude, refuses to return calls, and finally treats potential customers as if they were broke! Shame on you Jessica! Complete waste of time dealing with this women at Hanna Realty.

My experience with Adam Lloyd was impressive. As any homeowner knows, buying a house is a stressful process and Adam's confidence and professionalism, helped me buy the house that I love so much. I would not hesitate to have him him as my realtor in the future or hesitate to refer him to anyone looking to our chair sell a home. Thank you Adam. LORI ANSLEY

Adil was recommended by a friend and he did not disappoint. At every step of the search and purchase process he was very knowledgeable, attentive and professional. I will certainly use Adil again...
