A true professional. Treated me like a human being a not a dollar amount.

The agent I had contact with from this company was friendly and professional but opaque.

I dont usually do reviews but we had such a positive experience with Shafik, Zobair and team that it is our pleasure to do it. From our intial conversation with Shafik to list our condo to the congratulations on our sale and then purchase of our new home Shafik and Zobair were right there beside us. When we were stressing they were both right there reassuring us. We couldnt have done it without them. Thank you Zobair and Shafik for your unwaivering professionalism and patience. You two are the best!!!! The Dhillon-Davies Family

Had the pleasure of working with Elton Shield from Multiple Realty when I was looking to buy. He was able to give me options that I didn't know I had, and put in a lot of work to find me the perfect place. He also kept me up to date on everything that was happening and made sure I understood every term and condition on documents that I was signing. Most importantly, he made the buying process extremely efficient and productive. I highly recommend him!

After an unpleasant experience with a previous realtor, Richi was a blessing! Not just in terms of professionalism and knowledge but his honest demeanor. We had inquired about a few properties and gave his analysis, despite suggesting lower- priced homes that fit our budget & situation. Thxx again for helping us find our perfect home!

I rented an apartment from Kevin Kavakeb for 2 years and had a very similar experience as Joseph below with threats, invasion of privacy, bullying, demanding rent an entire year in advance while having the property for sale, and intimidation. I agree 100% with Joseph’s assessment and strongly believe Mahmoud is extremely dangerous. Kevin claims to be a licensed property manager which apparently he is not and a “professional” realtor but became a Landlord from Hell! My advice to Joseph is go to the police and file a report for uttering threats against you and get a peace bond against Mahmoud Reza Kavakeb immediately. 6 months after ending my lease I am still dealing a second RTB dispute resolution for false claims of damage double dipping while taking the first RTB dispute resolution hearing decision to a judicial review because Kevin withheld the majority of his evidence from me that he uploaded to the RTB website denying me the right to a fair and impartial hearing. STAY AWAY !
