Cathy Braiden #1 for finding me my place!

My wife and I worked with S&H Real Estate to purchase our town house in Port Coquitlam 2495 Davies Avenue moving from 1 bed room apartment since we had a beautiful addition (baby girl) in our family. Really can’t mention enough great things about Sakhi (working at S&H real estate). He is experienced, friendly, personable, limitlessly easygoing, and extremely generous with his time mornings, evenings, and weekends. He answered our entire questions and described every process clearly and completely. Buying a new place in this confusing market is challenging, but working with Sakhi made it as easy and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend him and we love to work with him in future.

without any shade of doubt he is the best realtor I have ever meet in my business life. He is loyal , responsible, professional and has a great knowledge of housing market . More over, after he start to help us find our home, he lead us to find the best one which is fit to our needs and situation, by giving the professional advises and let us know about all ruls and regulations regarding to buy and sell housing market. In addition, his architectural education and experience help us find our sweet , warm, sunny and beautiful home. So, I would like to take this opportunity to express our apreciation to Sean. and I strongly recommend him to those who want to buy or sell their home.

Brenda is dedicated, knowledgeable and a professional Realtor. She staged our home beautifully and her calming personality takes a lot of the stress away. Brenda sold our first home 20 years ago, so we new Brenda was the one to sell our 2nd home and find us a third. My husband and I highly recommend Brenda Cheng as your agent.

We couldn't be more pleased with our initial meeting! This is an agent that cares. Staging included AND personal attention and advice. GOLD!!
