Real Estate Agent

we recently sold our townhouse through Darrin Goss, it was a very bitter experience!!!! He says all the right things at the initial interview but dont be fooled as we were. Didn't even .advertise in the Coast Reporter till my wife asked him to, takes for ever to return messages (days) . We would strongly urge you to use someone else better yet for sale by owner!!!! Disregard any reviews by KUNDALATA JAMES she is his girlfriend and posts positive reviews for him anywhere she can. Her facebook page has postings and pictures of them travelling together!!!

I have purchased two properties and sold one on the Sunshine Coast in just under a year now. Remax has made everything smooth and easy and made it all a fun, wonderful and worry-free experience. They have gone above and beyond for me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for the ultimate in client care. My realtor Laara Sinclaire is very dedicated and proactive and has been a pleasure to work with. Her client care is top notch. Thank you to Laara, Glenn and the team at Remax in Gibsons for all you have done to assure I receive nothing but the best in service and feel valued. Part of the "Sunshine" of the Sunshine Coast is the warm and friendly community and you are such a wonderful representation! Karen

Krista and Melissa were a pleasure to deal with and helped me find my first home. Best team on the Sunshine Coast!

Having worked extensively with Krista, I can say she is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Warm and friendly, yet completely professional, she's a real pleasure to work with. Anyone looking to buy or sell on the Sunshine Coast will be glad they called Krista first!

He would be a right person to find your dream home in Sunshine Coast, B.C. I had a great experiences with him and he would be my first recommendation.

No problem with the agency itself. However we recently sold our townhouse through Darrin Goss, it was a very bitter experience!!!! Look elsewhere and make sure the realtor is working for you not himself!!!!! In furtherance disregard the reviews on his page and he is the only one able to edit them so who knows if they are even real.

This is where I work.

Gina has been a joy to work with, from buying to selling our homes. In this age of rapid fire questions and often no response, Gina is the consummate professional. She is gracious, she is highly knowledgeable-about the market as well as trends and real estate in general- and she’s so much fun to work with. Highly recommend this beautiful and talented realtor !
