Real Estate Agent

I have worked with Jodie Ouimet for 10 years. In that time I have used Jodie Ouimet and Mountain Town Properties for rentals, property management and for listing and selling my properties. I found her to be professional, friendly, courteous, accommodating and thorough in her services as a property manager and realtor. She has never hesitated to go the extra mile to provide excellent service to complete a rental or sale transaction, wether it be trade recommendations, cleaning personnel, or last minute personal favors. I have been very pleased with the working relationship I have shared with Jodie and Mountain Town Properties for the last 10 years. I would recommend Mountain Town Properties and Jodie Ouimet for any of your real estate needs in the City of Rossland. Darlene Tiftickjian Morningstar Owner

I would recommend Marie Claude to anyone she was very patient and professional and will be my realtor for life. SOLD!!

Great staff, easy to work with and very professional! They found us the home we were looking for and within our budget!

Thank You Randall! I am a newer business and commercial property owner and very much learning some of the ins and outs of commercial property on Vancouver Island. I can not say enough good things about the efforts and high level of expertise that I have received from Randall Taylor and NAI Commercial. (Highly recommend)

We recently bought a house in North Nanaimo and were lucky to have Ian as our realtor. Ian is professional, very knowledgeable in his field, goes out of his way to find answers, punctual, personable, and dedicated to make ones dream come true. We have no doubt, that if we were to buy another house, we would use his services and recommend him to our friends and family. Lloyd & Brigitte

I needed to know about Nanaimo homes for sale as I was interested in purchasing ocean view property. I obtained information from Lynn Donn who I understand is one of the most experienced Nanaimo realtors. The data proved to be invaluable. Thank you.

Nicole is currently our realtor as we are looking to purchase a new home. She demonstrates warmth, friendliness, and professionalism. She is an excellent representative who knows the housing market and the needs of her clients. Nicole is diligent, responsive and available, continuing to be very patient with us. She clearly takes pride in doing a great job, keeping us well-informed about any new prospects. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

Jeff is a great person to have in your corner if your buying or selling a house.
