My father-in-law who is 80 years old, made an offer on a unit with the listing agent of Eric Hasanhuendl. He made an offer on a two-bedroom in Copper Sky with subject to financing. Before the subject removal date, my dad found out he could not get financing and canceled the deal. Mr. Hasanhuendl was not happy with the situation and demanded that my father-in-law produce proof of his non-acceptance or he would pursue legal action. Eric has been very difficult and we would not recommend him to anybody.

I can't say enough about how positive my experience was with The Krieg Family. Colin Krieg was my realtor and he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, warm, and committed to his clients. I am new to the Okanagan and it was important to me to work with someone who knows the area. Colin knows Kelowna and the surround areas very well. He also knew specifics about many of the buildings that I was interested in, including which ones were not suitable for me. I am also a first time home buyer and Colin took a great deal of time explaining the process, which put me at ease and made my experience a very positive one. We appreciated his candor and professionalism as we closed on a purchase from out of province. He basically made the purchase so easy that we had no choice but to buy!

He updated me regularly, and put my interests first throughout the entire process. Jordan has the perfect combination of being very personable and likeable but also being business-minded. This is important because some realtors are good in the first area but lousy in the second. Its rate to find a realtor who uses time and resources well and is also very people-oriented and Jordan strikes that rare chord. I look forward to working with him more in the future and absolutely cannot recommend him highly enough.
