Real Estate Agent

Id highly recommend Jason and his Team if your looking for a top notch and very professional agent to handle the sale of your property. After a Phone conversation, Jason viewed my property, gave me his opinion on what it was worth. We agreed and I let him get to work, The next day Jason and his Team produced a Top notch Video showcasing my Condo, the area it was in and had it up on the market. In two days we had multiple offers and sold over ask! As I was in a different province when he sold my property, he made the process easy and painless. If your looking for an energetic go-getter look no further!! Once again thanks Jason!

Marie and LOVE Real Estate Team are simply the best. Marie's excellent advice, knowledge of all things house-related, her attention to detail, and outstanding commitment all factored in to us getting the house of our dreams! Throughout our experience working with Marie, she demonstrated her integrity time and again through her dealings with us and with other realtors. Throughout the process of looking for and purchasing our new home, she was patient, understanding, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We have come to trust her completely and we would highly recommend her to anyone. Chris and Miki Flynn

Let's put it this way: I've been Realtor myself for many years plus I'm a pretty picky person, who always find something to complaint about. So Derek and his team had a pretty hard task to make us happy while selling our house. You know what? They did! Knowing this business inside out I still had no reason to complain about anything, either it's a road sign, website presence, arranging showings, communication or anything else. Honestly, I was a little bit afraid, that being one of the top Realtors in Canada, Derek might put some pressure on us, especially because initially our asking price was a little bit high. But it wasn't a case, there was absolutely no pressure, just helpful information, which helped us to make a right decision and led to the sale of our house. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Derek to my countless friends, even they are as picky as I am ! 😀

Small, hometown values are what Giants Head Realty are all about. We have worked with Andrea and her team for both buying and selling homes in Summerland and their friendly service are second to none. We'll be downsizing again soon and they'll be the first one we'll call to list our home and find us a new one!

Debra was very personable and professional, she not only helped sell our house in a few days but she was right there ever step of the way, giving us advice & guiding us. It was very comforting knowing that she was just a phone call away. I would recommend Debra Formo to any one looking for a realtor!
