Ipolitta is very professional and very honest working with her clients with clear information, also she is so friendly makes you to feel she is like your one of closest family or friend. I am very satisfied that sold my condo with in a short period of time and without me feeling worry. She helped me find a lot of right information what should I know about reports of the condo and mortgage etc, without going to another professionals. Ippolita is not a tall girl but she is full of information and knowledgable for the question you ask way more than her hight, always cheerful face, tells you don't worry with true smile .

Jay Banks and his wife Brenda Kinnear were invaluable to me in 2 transactions, in relocating from Toronto to Vancouver. Their professionalism and knowledge of the market is second to none. I can't recommend them enough - either if buying a home or selling - in BC's lower mainland.
