Would like to report Raymond Fong who worked as a realtor under Regent Park. He represented the seller and scamed the buyer. The A/C unit was broken and he misrepresented that the apartment has central A/C system (in reality each apartment unit has its own A/C system) and communicated with our realtor that the A/C system is functional. Once we found out that it was broken, he refuses to communicate or negotiate with our realtor despite the legal contract stating that the A/C should be functional. Will be reporting this Raymond Fong and Regent Park Realty to the BC Financial Services Authority and BBB for Breach of Contract, Misrepresentation, Professional misconduct, Negligence and possible fraud. See you guys in court. Bye.

New face, same people. Grant Zhang and Elaine Wu used to be the "faces" of New Coast Realty (the super crooked real estate agency that had its Realtors doing so many unethical things that they were investigated by the real estate board), and are now prominently featured here.

I found Elliot on Yelp and based on his reviews, I decided to contact him. Since I was a first time buyer, I didn't know what to expect and was quite intimidated by the process of buying a home. He was very quick in responding to my first message and scheduled an appointment to meet with me to give me information on the current market, the process of buying, and how we were going to get what I was looking for. He took his time to teach me everything and I left the meeting excited about buying my first place! He even looked up listings with me during our meeting and scheduled a showing for the next day! He set me up to receive listings once they came onto the market and what I was really impressed with was how proactive and communicative he is! Whenever he saw a listing that he thought I would like he would send me an email with some pointers of the particular listing and whenever I liked a listing, I would email him and he would respond with answers in a heartbeat! He always made me feel comfortable in contacting him with any and every question I had and he always had a super fast response time, doesn't matter what time of day it was! All of the above is really great, but what I really appreciated was when it came time to move on a place that I really liked. The Vancouver real estate market is really crazy and because he prepare me for it, I was actually able to get the place I wanted, stress free! The minute I told him I liked this place, he started to work on putting a deal together for me. And because he moved really quick and prepared an offer for me, I managed to actually negotiate on the price (which never happens anymore) and get an accepted offer. He even told me that the condo received TWO other offers after they already accepted ours but because they were too slow, I got it! I even had subjects in there to do an inspection - which he also provided for me for free since I found him on Yelp! The whole process was super smooth, start to finish and it was all because I had Elliot on my side! He even put me in touch with a great mortgage broker, inspector, insurance agent, and notary - and they were all great! I'm super happy with my place and I would definitely recommend Elliot to anyone looking to buy! BONUS: Elliot informed me that a similar unit to mine sold 2 weeks after I bought for $14,000 more than what I paid!!
