Real Estate Agent

Charles was professional and informative when it came to selling our home. My wife and I felt very confident in his abilities which helped ease the process of selling a home in a tough market. Thank you again Charles!!!

As first time homebuyers my girlfriend and I couldn’t have been happier with our experience working with Chris. At the time our schedules were all over the map but Chris did a fantastic job of accommodating, day or night. We’re thankful for Chris to have taken the time to explain to us the whole process of finding our first home and the additional cost that would arise to complete the purchase. Buying our first home was both thrilling and stressful all at the same time, but had it not been for Chris preparing us we would’ve ran into quite a few surprise cost & hurdles later down the road. In addition to his knowledge of the market Chris’ best characteristic is he’s not a pushy realtor who’s just trying close deal and move on to the next. He honestly wants you to find a place that you’ll be excited to call home. There’s no doubt in our mind that we’ll be employing Chris again. In the meantime we have not hesitated to recommend his services to friends & family.

Lorne was great to work with and he sold my Condo in two days and we purchased our new home within a week. He was very pleasant and always available to answer our questions. Definitely recommend him for your next sale or purchase.

My husband had known Darryl for five years before we even considered selling. His approach was always understated and professional. Darryl made us feel comfortable immediately. He works very hard and he cares about his clients. Every phone call and text with questions was addressed quickly. We especially appreciated his skill at presenting options, negotiating, and the updates during the selling process. Darryl and his assistant, Susan, went out of their way to be certain we were well looked after until well after the closing date. Darryl is trustworthy and does what he says he will do.

Amazingly helpful people

We were in search of a new rental in Vancouver and was very happy to find an AISA’s website. One listing on their site, particularly attracted us and one of the AISA’s team members was kind enough to provide us a tour of the property. They took their time and made sure all our questions had been answered, which was very refreshing. Absolutely professional service here.
