Real Estate Agent

Julie Cuellas of Red Oak Realty is a top rated realtor. One of the best realtors in the Bay Area, Julie provided outstanding service in selling our home and purchasing a new house a couple of years ago. Julie was fantastic in all stages. She's responsive, has an eye for detail, strategic and dedicated to her clients' best interests. Julie saved us considerable money in guiding us through the inspection process. Through Red Oak Realty, Julie can draw upon considerable technological, legal and marketing resources for her clients. I have since referred two friends to Julie - one for a home sale and other for a purchase. Both friends raved about their experience with Julie and Red Oak.

This is a business based on happy clients and they deliver. Deeply founded knowledge of the business as well as a focus on realtor/client relationships makes Live Urban the company that it is.

Christine Tanabe is my realtor

Danielle and her team are fantastic. We worked closely with Tanya, and in a matter of months we had closed on a home in our ideal location. The San Francisco market is highly competitive -- you really have to be working with someone who is intimately familiar with the market, well connected with other agents, deeply experienced, and hard-driving all at once. Danielle and Tanya are all of this and more, I'll use them again in the future and strongly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in San Francisco area.

Redfin was a very new concept to me. Once I met with Kevin Kudrna and he explained the process, it definitely seemed like a business I wanted to work with. Redfin listed my home and it sold on the first day (and for more than we expected!). Overall, it was an excellent experience working with Kevin and the Redfin team.

Best realtor in the province, but I suppose I'm biased!

Best team in the city.
