Real Estate Agent

Astounding customer service!

I was a first time home buyer when I started working with Ryan to purchase a new home in Chicago. I had a small timeframe and limited pockets of availability, but Ryan was great in accommodating my tight schedule. From start to finish, Ryan was with me every step of the way. He took time to sit down with me and explained the entire search/offer/close process and was there to handle any questions or requests that I had. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely select Ryan as my real estate agent. I worked with him to purchase my home and couldn't have done it without his help!

Great costumer service they help my agent a lot

Joseph Grosso showed my fiancé and I an apartment, we immediately asked for an application, only for him to ignore us for +24 hours, and despite an eventual phone conversation, still never sent the document, but instead told us the apartment was already leased by a couple who saw it after us (despite us offering more money). There’s a lot of sleezy real estate agents in nyc, but this guy really was even worse, couldn’t even do his job. Worst communication ever. At least we didn’t give him the $8k brokers fee ha

Rick Trexel and the entire Stephen Cooley team helped to make a very difficult situation an actual pleasure. We had to sell our parent's home, and although the decision was difficult, the sale of the home was not. This group of individuals are knowledgeable and professional! Even though the property was not particularly a very expensive house , they were very complimentary of our home, and sold it for us in about a week! I would list with them again tomorrow!

Caring, knowledgeable, efficient.

Have been a Realtor 24 years. NCREC has always been supportive and extremely professional in any dealings. NCREC is TOP NOTCH.

I'm going to say this the quickest and best way possible. I used lila delman just recently. My realtor was Brenda Hilton. Easily the best realtor I have ever used in my life. I own real estate property and I have used other realtors in the past. Luckily a friend of mine introduced me to Brenda because I wasn't happy with my past realtors I used. I was completely blown away with her knowledge of housing and being a realtor. Not only is she the best realtor in Rhode island, she's the best in the country! She treats everyone with a pure and honest kindness and complete professionilism that is second to none. You have a house your trying to sell. I highly recommend using Brenda Hilton! No one is better and I guarantee that! Nick Meola

Had a great experience at Lila Delman, found my agent to be knowledgeable and worked wonders with my LONG wish list! Thanks!

Have always enjoyed buying and selling with this company.
