Real Estate Agent

Very knowledgeable. Incredible customer service.

How do you spell "barf" as an adjective? Don't deal with this man. He is not real. I would rather put our a campfire with my face! Unprofessional!

TESTIMONIAL.... "I worked with David as a first time home buyer with limited experience and found him to be a patient and experienced real estate agent. Being new to the process I found it very helpful that he had a lot of knowledge I could draw on without the high pressure they can go along with the process. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family." Brett Wachtendorf, 2017 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sent: 02/01/2014 5:21 PM (GMT-06:00) "When I had finally saved up enough to make my first home purchase and enter into this whole 'home-buying' adventure, I was admittedly nervous about having to head out to viewings with a possibly 'over-assertive salesperson' or one who might grow impatient with my very long and particular list of wants/needs in selecting the "perfect house". David - your patience, kind nature and incredible professionalism actually helped me find the "perfect home". Even in the middle of winter, the "bidding heat" was on, but you helped me navigate the daunting process of coming up with the "winning offer" without succumbing to any pressure to out-bid at any cost. We both knew exactly how much money I had to "play with" and your sound advice at crunch time kept me calm and in control at every decision-making point along the way. Thanks, David...for helping me find my home!" Judith Mate, 2016 ------------------------------------------------------------- Sent: Fri 20-Mar-2015 3:39 PM "David Glavina has recently acted as my Real Estate agent for the estate sale of our East Kildonan residence. And today the sale is finalized as a new owner takes possession. Throughout the process I always felt that David was very helpful. When I had a question, he promptly replied. Always offering advice and useful information. I am impressed with his expertise and thorough attention to detail. This was a house in need of significant upgrading. We were expecting a slow sale. But once listed, the house had sold in less than a week and at a satisfactory price. I do believe that it all came together because of David’s efforts. We would definitely recommend David and his brokerage to our friends. I will be sure to pass your name and number along to friends. I have dealt with many real estate agents in my life time but none have been more pleasant than you. I tend to respond rather negatively to aggressive salespersons and have welcomed the reprieve from unrelenting pressure. Daniel made a good choice in asking you to represent him." Henry Suderman, 2014
