Real Estate Agent

TESTIMONIAL.... "I worked with David as a first time home buyer with limited experience and found him to be a patient and experienced real estate agent. Being new to the process I found it very helpful that he had a lot of knowledge I could draw on without the high pressure they can go along with the process. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family." David - your patience, kind nature and incredible professionalism actually helped me find the "perfect home". Even in the middle of winter, the "bidding heat" was on, but you helped me navigate the daunting process of coming up with the "winning offer" without succumbing to any pressure to out-bid at any cost. We both knew exactly how much money I had to "play with" and your sound advice at crunch time kept me calm and in control at every decision-making point along the way. Thanks, David...for helping me find my home!" And today the sale is finalized as a new owner takes possession. Throughout the process I always felt that David was very helpful. When I had a question, he promptly replied. Always offering advice and useful information. I am impressed with his expertise and thorough attention to detail. This was a house in need of significant upgrading. We were expecting a slow sale. But once listed, the house had sold in less than a week and at a satisfactory price. I do believe that it all came together because of David’s efforts. We would definitely recommend David and his brokerage to our friends. I will be sure to pass your name and number along to friends. I have dealt with many real estate agents in my life time but none have been more pleasant than you. I tend to respond rather negatively to aggressive salespersons and have welcomed the reprieve from unrelenting pressure. Daniel made a good choice in asking you to represent him." From beginning to end Jennifer Sangster was there to expertly guide us in selling our home. She could be reached anytime, responded quickly & professionally and always had our best interests at heart.

Nice apartments with large balconies

Sale of 42 Dragonfly - Julien has helped many of my clients and all of them have been satisfied with his service. I recommend him without reservation. He sold our home for more than we expected, and really helped us to negotiate a great deal. I know I would have accepted less for my home if I had tried to sell it myself. He strategized so that we would get multiple offers and created a compelling video to promote my home. Very happy.

Val did a great job showing me around and helping me find the right home for me. Great team to have on your side.

Excellent Real Estate Agent, very knowledgeable and gets you the best bang for your buck, every time. I have known Sheraz for years, and he has always had a hand in some sort of business, and always very successful at any business idea he was into. I think the recipe for this, is honesty, integrity, hard work and transparency. He looks for everyone's best interest and I think that is something that not everyone does in the business world today. I highly recommend Sheraz when purchasing a home!

We had a great experience using Ann Connolly from Dream Town Realty. She helped us purchase a condo for our student living in Chicago. Guided us through the process, offering good advice and helping us get a fair price. Very professional. My daughter, who viewed condo's with Ann, liked her too.
