Real Estate Agent

My wife and I had an exceptional experience with True North Mortgage. We had been looking for a very specific home and location to begin our life and eventually family together and True North helped us every step of the way. They were honest, helpful and personable throughout the entire process and really treated us as family. We were on a tight timeline with the purchase of our home and True North helped us make it happen in a timely manner. We absolutely love our fixer upper and can’t wait to start our family this summer by welcoming our newest addition in the home of our dreams! We have recommended them to all our friends and family and plan on using them in the future.

CBRE has always looked after our commercial property interests and those of pretty well everyone we know. If you’re looking for a top notch Realtor to represent your company in the commercial office sector ask for Trevor Davies. He is one of the best negotiators I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I’m sure my clients would agree if you simple ask him for current/recent references. There are a lot of commercial Realtors out there and like any other relative profession, not all are equal. Hiring the right Realtor can really further your business in so many ways whereas hiring the wrong one can in turn potentially cause serious implications such as locking you into a bad lease, the wrong location and leasing to financial hardship which no one needs. Ask for Trevor, you won’t regret it!

Just recently had the pleasure of working with Kam on selling my home. Updates on showings and feedback was more the reasonable. Kam's work speaks for itself, House sold within 10 days of listing. Would highly recommend Kam, and I look forward to working with him again in the future! :)

Mike is a very experienced person and has the ability to cover all questions. Mike and Dick Brown work as team. We would recommend Mike and Dick for any real estate matters.

Lara is an excellent realtor and will definitely represent your interests to the highest degree. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a great realtor!

I started working with an agent from Tink after meeting one at an open house. He was super knowledgeable and a lot better to work with than the agent I had been working with before. He picked out houses for me to look at that actually were what I was asking for. I’m so glad I ended up using him to purchase because he helped me navigate and win the property when another couple was also trying for it. Thanks to everyone at Tink for yOur expertise and experience.

George and his Team are always there to solve any problems or challenges I may have
