My wife and I are real estate investors who started in the buisiness a couple of years ago. After buying our first property with a different realtor, we decided we needed to find someone with a bit more experience in the business. Sean is an investor himself, is very familiar with zoning regulations and secondary suite development, has a wealth of experience and contacts and realy understands the Calgary market. He is involved with the city planning department, attends a lot of meetings, knows first hand what is going on and freely passes on his knowlege to his clients. He is always willing to share his time and experience and has helped us add to our portfolio and successfully develop additional properties. Sean has a good eye for this market - highly reccomended!
