NLCI Your Real Estate Lawyer Professional Corp.
2100 Ellesmere Rd, Toronto, Ontario, M1H 3B7, Canada
Amazing staff. Extremely friendly. Very knowledgeable. I was with another law firm from last 13 years. In one of the transactions, Yasmin was representing the opposite side. The way she acted for her client, made me decide to move to her.
I am a very demanding client & after working with NLCI from last 2 years can say I am extremely satisfied with the service that I get from each of their staff.
All the team, Kathy, Mobina, Shamini represent the firm in a very positive way.
Not to mention the Captain - Yasmin has imbibed very strong customer focused ethics in them.

Dan and Heather really helped us purchase our first home. We thought the process would be stressful. They made it easy for us. They found the perfect homes for us to look at and we purchased exactly what we were looking for at our price. They were always quick to return emails and phone calls. I would use them again.

Agent was inconsistent in message. Despite providing preferred mode and time of communication due to meetings, it was ignored. Scheduled time to visit the house, however called last minute and expected us to be at the office for payment during the house visit approved. Rushed to the office the next day after work, and was threatened that the deal would be off if we were not able to get to the office in time (was already driving and in the middle of traffic due to other vehicle accidents). Tried to contact supervisor to discuss issues and concerns, but was informed that they will not take those calls.

Janis and team did a fantastic job staging, listing and selling my home. Her professional style, no pressure approach and relationships in the market turned a stressful situation like selling and moving into a rewarding experience.

Ashish Saha Real Estate Sales Representative
Toronto, Ontario, M1H 3E9, Canada
Ashish has been very professional in his dealing. I was very happy with his professional service and honest advise. He took his time and patiently allowed as to take our decision at our will to buy a house. He not only made countless trips to show us the houses but also cautioned us honestly to not to take buying decision on properties that were not worth the price we wanted to offer. I will recommend him to all my known friends with no hesitation.

Dealing with Edmond Chiu was incredibly unpleasant. Threatened to withhold funds that were owed, was unresponsive and uncooperative.
