Real Estate Agent

I referred a friend of mine to Aftab Qureshi when she was looking for a suitable home in Scarborough. She had very particular needs because of her husband’s illness. I was pleasantly surprised the way Aftab looked after her requirements. He gave her ample time and a very high level of expert and professional attention. Since then my friend always appreciates Aftab Qureshi’s professionalism. His business background and his MBA definitely makes him a unique real estate agent. I have referred other fiends to Aftab since then. I highly recommend Aftab Qureshi to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, residential or commercial.

We were very pleased with the full service and attention that we got with our agents at Heaps Estrin. They helped us clear out our family home -- almost 60 years worth of stuff -- in organized manner, and prepare it for sale. The sale process was efficient and effective in terms of marketing, showings, and administrative requirements. They were understanding, energetic, collaborative and highly professional and skilled in getting our home sold in a week! Highly recommend them.

Clean, and friendly Realtors!

I highly recommend Pope Real Estate. The staff is extremely well organized, responsive, ethical, and really cares for the best interest of the clients. I was very satisfied and very much look forward to requesting their services again. If you are in doubt who to choose, you will certainly not be disappointed.

Thank you Gary Brown and Frances McLintock. After speaking with Gary over the years, I was confident that he would be the right agent to assist us with the sale of our home. He has considerable knowledge of our neighbourhood and I found this very valuable. Frances was very patient and knowledgeable and assisted us with finding the right property to meet our new needs. I appreciated their expertise, commitment and easy communication style. I strongly recommend you and your team to future sellers and buyers. All your efforts were much appreciated.

Sanjeev is very well-versed with Toronto real-estate market and understood the kind of condo I was looking for and found it within the timeframe and budget I had !!

I was searching for a service provider who could provide me with a free home evaluation and somebody suggested me to get in touch with Rubina Galiyara-Homelife Galaxy Real Estate Ltd. They offered me exclusive service which helped me to know the actual worth of my home.

Kate helped us with the sale of our former house and purchase of our new house. Kate is professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and trustworthy. When purchasing our current house, Kate guided us and appropriately advised us on the market conditions and we were successful in purchasing a house that we love at a fair market price. When listing our former house for sale with Kate, she far exceeded expectations by bringing in her colleagues/associates to assist with the preparation of our home to fully demonstrate the attributes of the house. Kate thoroughly explained her recommendations for the listing price considering all relevant market conditions, among other details such as listing date, open houses, offer date, etc. She gave us the confidence that the process would ultimately lead to presenting our home in the best possible way to fully expose it to the most interested and qualified buyers. The marketing of our house was top-notch and professional - virtual tour, brochures, agents' open house and ultimately we are extremely satisfied with the result. We commend Kate and DeClute for the tremendous effort and superior results.

Excellent Source for buyers looking to buy or sell homes in Highland Creek Scarborough

We landed as new immigrants in late 2007 and Jay and Molly were the first friends that we made. They made us feel welcome in those first years in a new land. Over the next 3 years, Jay advised us on real estate options and took us to see countless houses with no compulsion to buy, so we would be able to make a well informed decision when we were ready to buy. We bought our own house in 2010 through Jay and he made it stress free for us! I would highly recommend him as a great realtor! :-)
