Real Estate Agent

When I bought my house I had nothing but positives to say about the help and support I received by Royal Lepage. Looking at homes was always organized around my schedule, questions were answered promptly and I always felt like my best interests were being met.

Would like to see your hours on this or your website. Service was excellent. They went out of their way to get my appraisil done quickly and had the greatest person come to do it.

It's a nice place

My boyfriend and I recently purchased a house with the assistance of Art House Reality and Nick Horton. Nick was recommended to us through a friend and has been great to work with. He is honest, quick to respond and patient. He laid out a clear plan and kept us focused on quality properties based on what we wanted and needed. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He checked in with us throughout the entire process to make sure we had everything we needed. As first time buyers, he helped us get a better understanding of the overall housing market and helped us narrow down which neighbourhoods we were most interested in. We are very happy with both our house and our decision to use Nick as our agent. We highly recommend Nick and will definitely use his services again in the future!

Alysha has such a magnetic, positive energy. Extremely professional, honest and straight to the point when communicating! She was very attentive to our needs and is always creative, assertive and forward thinking. Definitely keeping her in my life for any real estate needs in the future!

Gavin was awesome. Caring, smart, professional - you name it. An agent I would work with again for sure. Apartment/condo searching can be very stressful and it wasn't at all because of Gavin. Very down to earth, very chill, and above all, very honest! He will help you find the house/condo/apartment that's right for you and not stop until you're happy. He is very passionate about the work he does and it shows in the best way.

Paul was helpful and patient throughout our search for the right house. Very happy with the service provided.

Paul it was such a pleasure to work with you. You are so knowledgeable and helpful. You guided me throughout the whole process of selling my home with no surprises. I can not say enough on how you remained so positive throughout some challenging times with my tenants. Paul you are the best at what you do. I thank you. Sincerely, Gina Fortis

Genuinely a very helpful and honest person. A great realtor who listened to what our requirements were and accordingly showed multiple properties. Definitely would make any future property transactions through him.
