Real Estate Agent

The best service. Hands down!

I would just like to share my home purchasing experience with everyone. If you are looking for a Realtor now or in the future I highly recommend Gerard Hagen. I was so impressed that Gerard allowed me to purchase my home as apposed to him trying to sell me on a home, huge difference in the overall experience. Gerard took the time to listen to me and paid great attention to what it was I was looking for. He listened to me when I was talking about the pros and cons of some properties and he always had very insightful opinions, ones that in the end would have cost me a lot of money had he just let me go ahead and purchase something I would have regretted in the end. In the end he maid the purchase of my home an absolutely fantastic experience. I am happy to say I have a new home and happier to say I have a new friend from my time spent with Gerard. Thank you Gerard for your time and knowledge. Again I highly recommend Gerard for any future home purchases. Gary Lynch

Angela quickly put me at ease when purchasing my first home. She explained everything clearly and willing to view numerous properties. For a first home buyer I would recommend her as a realtor.

crazy security at bonnie doon

We went to view an apartment being managed by Grand Realty and I was extremely disappointed. The property manager had arranged for us and another couple to view the house at the same time. It was incredibly awkward and impersonal and I will not even consider that town house as a possible rental option!

Theryn had made our first time buying phenomenal. We all learnt new things together. He was paitient, even through going through stupid stress with the government. If it wasn't for him and his calm demeanor, we would had been over stressed. I am sure he got annoyed with me for the fact of asking to see the house we decided on multiple times. But he definitely goes above and beyond any other realtors and brokers. And exceeds expectations. Thank you so much

WOW. Carlos is fantastic, my wife and I have bought and sold a few homes now throughout Canada due to our jobs. We have never had a better realtor then Carlos. During our 7 days here to find a home, Carlos was always on time and had all the homes we would look at organized and back history packages ready for us. After offering on a home, we had a bit of a hiccup with the other realtor, Carlos dealt with the issue and fought for what was right and ensured we got what we needed and deserved. There is NO ONE ELSE I would use to buy or sell a home in the Edmonton area. I now not only consider Carlos a friend but family as well.

I have been working with Kerri-lyn & Jason for a few years. My company, Final Touch Home Staging, provides their seller's with a Staging Consultation. Their clients always seem to follow through with my recommendations, and their listings are quick to sell. I would highly recommend Kerri-lyn & Jason to anyone who is considering buying or selling a home.

What a pleasure to work with and for. Robert contracted me for a number of jobs and was easy to work with. His payments were on time and was available for any request I had. Hope to work with you in the future.

Being a first time home buyer is a nerve-racking experience! After renting for 10 years and taking the plunge to buy my first condo, I had a million questions and had no clue where to start but Rob with Front Door Real Estate was there to put my mind at ease throughout the whole process and was always there to answer any questions I had. The 25% cashback program was also a huge help in stocking up the new place with new stuff! After all the lawyer, moving, etc. fees it was great to have that housewarming present dropped off in person. The next time I need to buy/sell I know who I’m calling, it was a great experience that I’ll certainly repeat in the future. Keep up the great work guys!
