He agreed to look at my parents' property and offer advice and guidance on what to do within our means to improve the value of the potential future sale as well as offer a preliminary appraisal. At that time there was no expectation that he would get the listing, or even that we could convince mom to sell. A year later when she was ready to sell Scott listed the property and was superb. He was so patient with us when we knew nothing about real estate, he explained everything thoroughly and always made sure that mom understood and was comfortable with the process. At every step he had her best interest in mind. He was able to get her the best deal both selling her property and purchasing a new one. I will definitely be calling Scott again the next time we need a realtor!

Selling my condo in a time when there a surplus of Inventory is not easy but Guy Pelletier got the job done. He updated me often, always looked out for my best interest and eventually got me a deal. I recommend him to everyone.

I feel really bad for the owners of some of these rental houses. They allow these realtors to rent out there properties and treat people like garbage and misguide them. Stay away from Brad, and for future people who hire these people - be more involved with the process. Being misguided and treating people like worthless trash on the phone and lying to people is wrong and unacceptable.
