When I didnt understand she was amazing at explaining. She is very patient and professional. I would rate my experiance at 10 out of 10 and will use her again if I move again. Darrol Cowley owner of this company is one of the BIGGEST scams among brokers in Calgary. Everything is known by CREB (local realtors board) and everything is kept quiet. Based on received info, other brokerages are not getting their commission on time, lawyers are complaining about not getting money transferred, paperwork gets delayed and HE TAKES COMMISSION FROM HIS OWN AGENTS ... There are a number of good agents there, but Realtors do yourself a favour: if you want to have a "piece of mind"..STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY or anything owned by DARROL COWLEY,.at any cost..
