They don't know what is called PRIVATE. I've been living in Decarie for 4 years. In the late month of my rent, they begin to take strangers to my home without informing me in advance. They come in and come out like nobody is living here! I claimed it, and what their manager did is trying to convince me they have no fault with rude attitude. She even didn't say a “sorry" to me! Few communicate between the company and tenants. Two stars credit to the service from the staffs who charge my rent monthly.

I was looking at getting a condo on Nuns Island and was referred over to Eric and Gilmore. They were courteous and had an incredible knowledge of the island. I ended up not buying just yet, but it is only a matter of time and I will definitely use them again.

My parents bought a house back in 2012 and it's been the best choice they've ever made. Sudha helped us find a home perfect for our family. The size of the rooms are just what we need for our family's needs, and the best feature is a huge backyard to accommodate the kids and barbecues when our rather large family comes over. The best part is that few to no renovations had to be done. Sudha helped me and my family find the home we've always wanted and more all within our budget. Super pleased and pleasantly surprised!
