Real Estate Agent

Best in town!!!

Great ease and expertise for your property purchase or selling This is the second time I worked with Katia Samson and Lauren Greenspoon. What a team! The first time I sold my condo in Montreal while living in the US. This time, I purchase a condo in Griffintown from the US. Long distance can be a challenge but with this team, everything went smoothly. They are organized, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely they have an extra edge! In a heartbeat I will work with them again if or when I ever decide to buy another condo. Dependable Check! Experience Check! Honest Check! Helpful Check! An added bonus, they are both kind and genuine.

Excellente agence

Great experience with Marie Yvonne and Cassian who helped us sell our family house. Would recommend.

Christina Miller is among the most professional and caring real estate agents I've worked with. I highly recommend her for buying or selling your house.

Service parfait et unique!

Liane Wera is the most professional real estate agent we could have hoped for, very thorough in her explanations to us through every step of the process and never pushed us in any way. She was very polite and punctual and her suggestions were very helpful on the preparation of the house for potential buyers to see, (what to get rid of, what to keep, etc). She didn't get discouraged for us when a deal fell through, which kept us positive, and in fact one week after, the eventual buyers of our home ended up making a way better offer! We looked forward to seeing Liane before an open house or afterwards, as she was always so cheerful with the most pleasant demeanor, she definitely has the personality for being a first class real estate agent!

Really excellent service, good advice, an altogether pleasant experience. If you're looking for an agent, this is the man.

Matthew HYNES has been helping us for years with our income property. He’s professional and reliable. He’s found the most Incredible tenants for us and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve recommended him to many people and everyone gave him rave reviews. We trust him immensely and he’s always available with any question we may have. I would highly recommend MATTHEW to help with all your listings for rental or sale. He couldn’t possibly be nicer . As an owner of investment property it’s quite scary at times to find someone that will not only pay their rent on time but also treat the property with respect. Matthew has been able to find the perfect tenants for us every single time. We can’t say enough about him. 5 stars all the way
