We had a life altering event happen with my elderly parents. My dad had to go into a care home and my mom was left to having to downsize on her own. We then met our savior Alessanda who was wonderful , caring and respectful of our situation . She listened to my. Siblings concerns but importantly put mom first. Alessandra shared her knowledge of trades people and co ordinated the movers and after all was said and down we got mom settled into her new home without to much fuzz. This Real estate agent showed absolutely no respect for the fact that this was my home 13 alder court Sherwood park. The home was being debated over in a divorce, despite the fact that I had a written agreement stating that I could retrieve some of the plants I had put in my garden this agent sold the home with no notice of this to the new owner. When the deal was being finalized on the sale of the home this agent was aware that I was without legal advice during that time and was seeking legal advice I was yelled at over the phone by this agent, was told that sometimes you just have to take a loss. In the end my ex walked away with 30 grand from this sale I walked away with 3 grand and lost ALL my plants from my garden that valued up to 10 grand. During the phone call this agent told me to have a heart, the person who wanted to buy my home was a single parent and had no place to go soon if I didn't sign off my rights and cut my losses, I ended up finding out the couple who was buying my home were doing all the paper work from a lovely vacation in Mexico... My children and I stayed in a bedroom for a few months in another families home, we used the food bank often and had local churches help pay for rent for us. This agent sent us a grocery card gift card which actually felt more insulting then helpful.

We had such a great experience buying a home with Susan. She went above and beyond for us to ensure we found the perfect house. We loved that she was always available--we could get a hold of her immediately if we had questions and she was always willing to show us a house even if it was last minute. When it came to the buying process, we were very comfortable putting in an offer because Susan had coached us along the way and provided knowledgeable advice about the current market. I just bought my first condo with the help of Matt and will 100% hire him again for my next sell/move. He is such a hard worker. When my dream condo sold, he went above and beyond to ask around if anyone else in the building was willing to sell; I am now moving into a different suite in the same building! He is such a personable guy and made the home buying experience very enjoyable and easy, especially for someone who did not know what she was doing. He was so flexible and maintained impeccable communication with me throughout the whole process. As an RN working various shifts, he was always open to touching base at the times most convienient for me. He truly went the extra mile for me.
